Jubilee Holdings has been in operation since 1937 and has since created a mark of stability in the insurance industry. It is now one of the only three companies to be cross listed on the three East African stock markets.

JFSL is registered and licensed by the Retirement Benefits Authority under the Retirement Benefits Act, 1997. It offers fund management and investment advisory services to retirement schemes.
